Our commitment

JLC Limited wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we have designed the site so that you can navigate it with a keyboard, use it with a screen reader, zoom to 400% without losing content, and read it with sufficient colour contrast.

What we have done

• Every page has a logical heading structure and a skip-to-content link.
• All menus, forms and controls work with a keyboard and have visible focus.
• Images carry text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Forms label every field, explain errors in text, and do not rely on colour alone.
• Text can be resized and the layout adapts to small screens and high zoom.
• Animation is minimal and respects your "reduce motion" setting.

Known limitations

The embedded Google Map on the Home and Contact pages is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible; the address and written directions are provided alongside it. Some older photography may lack detailed descriptions, which we are working through.

Our premises

Our Sevenoaks service centre has step-free access, accessible parking and an accessible customer toilet. Please let us know in advance if you have any particular requirements and we will do our best to help.
